Excellence through enlightened and ethical policy governance – this is the cornerstone of our quality journey.
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University serves as the custodian and facilitator of a robust policy framework that guides the institution towards sustained quality enhancement and excellence in all spheres of higher education. Rooted in the visionary ideals of universal welfare, equality, and ethical values enshrined in Sri Guru Granth Sahib, and in strict alignment with the statutory guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC), National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), and other regulatory bodies, the university has formulated, adopted, and periodically revises a comprehensive set of policies.
This dedicated Policies section provides easy access to all approved institutional policies developed and monitored under the aegis of the IQAC. These policies reflect a consultative and participatory process involving faculty, staff, students, alumni, industry experts, and external peers, ensuring inclusivity, transparency, and relevance in their formulation and implementation.
Each policy document clearly articulates its objectives, scope, operational guidelines, implementation mechanism, monitoring parameters, and review cycle. The IQAC ensures that these policies are disseminated widely, rigorously implemented, and reviewed at regular intervals based on stakeholder feedback and changing regulatory and societal requirements.
By institutionalizing a dynamic and value-driven policy ecosystem, Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University reaffirms its unwavering commitment to academic integrity, social responsibility, and the creation of globally competent, ethically grounded citizens.
All policies are available for download in PDF format. Stakeholders are encouraged to refer to these documents and provide valuable suggestions for their continuous improvement.
